The WOW Factory Experience!!

 

We at The Wow Factory have created a system that we call "The WOW Experience" by enhancing the concept of progressive assembly through artistry, imagination and an environment that is conducive for all our members to have a voice. We believe that through the “WOW Factory experience” our customers are going to be very pleased at the simplicity and accuracy of not only their final theming product but also with the entire process in which they have been a part.

The WOW Factory Experience consists of Four basic steps:    

1. Information:

The first thing is to pick your brain. We will talk to you about everything from budget to brainstorming so that we can create the themed environments you are looking for.

The WOW Factory will answer all your questions and we will help you understand our pricing and set up a budget for your whole theming project.      

2. Imagination:

Once all details have been worked out we will then break your project down and give you a list of everything you have told us, along with our own ideas that we feel would fit your environment. Once we have established all of your ideas then we will give you some rough drafts pencil sketches of your project. We will work with you until we create the perfect concepts and then we will write up a contract with all of your sketches, descriptions and measurements included.    

3. Communication:

Now the construction begins! This includes the creating of all props, the vectoring and printing of vinyl/wall paper and the scheduling of all other contract work. We will update you and send pictures of all progress as we go. We will communicate with you every step of this process.      

4. Destination:

The installation process can take up to a couple of weeks depending on how many phases your project will need. We will give you an exact schedule of each of these phases.   However, the "Destination" does not just refer to all of your product being delivered and installed with The WOW Factory excellence. The actual destination is the joy and the "WOWs" on the faces of all our real customers...your children!!
